In 1993 David Frick, Phil Kluge and Jesse Snyder started TRI. With varied payment processing backgrounds, they brought a multi-dimensional perspective to the company; banking, networking, computer hardware/software and most importantly, a desire to create a customer focused organization.
Since 1993 TRI has grown into one of the leading providers of payment processing solutions. TRI recognizes a company’s most important asset is its employees. Our staff brings years of experience from hardware/software providers, network processors, banks, and merchants in retail, restaurant, internet and lodging.
We stay with our clients every step of the way from solution design, implementation, onsite training to 24/7 support. Our customer service team is located near Burlington, VT.
Transaction Resources, Inc., doing business as TRI, is a registered ISO / MSP of Wells Fargo Bank, N. A., Walnut Creek, CA.
TRI is a registered External Sales Agent (ESA) for American Express and has been since the ESA program began in 1995.
Many of our satisfied credit card processing customers requested that we supply them with ATM’s. TRI is affiliated with International Merchant Services, Inc. (IMS) for ATM equipment and processing.
